Responsibilities

​

• The Principal and Chief Instructor is responsible for ensuring this policy is applied across all activities.
   

• All staff, instructors and students are expected to uphold the spirit and letter of this policy.

Reporting & Investigation

​

• Any discriminatory behaviour or allegations must be reported to the Chief Instructor immediately.
   

• Allegations will be taken seriously, investigated promptly and confidentially, and outcomes recorded.
   

• Where allegations are substantiated, appropriate action will be taken, which may include removal from a course, termination of contract, or referral to external authorities.
